Any applicant for or holder of a Missouri Gaming Commission Supplier License seeking approval of a new table game for play at a Missouri licensed casino shall:

1. Submit the following items to the Missouri Gaming Commission:
   1. A depiction of the table layout.
   2. Rules of play, including specific examples and dealing procedures.
   3. Proposed paytables.
   4. Promotional brochures with rules of play & paytables which will be available at the table for patrons.
   5. Statement of ownership of the intellectual property regarding the game.
2. Submit the rules of play and the paytables to a Missouri licensed independent testing laboratory (ITL) and request the laboratory conduct a complete mathematical analysis of the table game. The ITL shall submit the results of the analysis to the Missouri Gaming Commission. The licensed ITL will charge a fee for the analysis of the game. The supplier submitting the game for approval will be responsible for payment of the fee charged by the licensed ITL. An approximate cost of the analysis can be obtained by contacting the licensed ITL.

The Missouri Gaming Commission reserves the right to require any additional information it deems necessary to ensure the game meets the requirements of Missouri statutes and Code of State Regulations.

Applicants may be required to travel to Jefferson City to demonstrate their game. Any equipment necessary to demonstrate how the game is played should be brought to the demonstration.

Once all information has been received, the analysis performed by the licensed independent testing laboratory, and the results of the analysis forwarded to the Missouri Gaming Commission, the new game will be evaluated and a summary and recommendation will be made to the Commission. Once the Commission has taken action on the request for approval of a new game, the applicant will be advised of that decision.

NOTE: Games of skill not enumerated in statute or variants of previously approved games may be set for public hearing in accordance with §313.800.2, RSMo.
