Fantasy Sports Contests Division

The “Missouri Fantasy Sports Consumer Protection Act” grants the Missouri Gaming Commission licensing and regulatory authority of fantasy sports contests in accordance with section 313.900-313.1020, RSMo. The MGC is responsible for investigating applicants for licensure, issuing annual licenses, and investigating violations of the Act. Each fantasy sports contest operator will pay an annual operation fee equal to 6.0% of their net revenue from the previous calendar year. These fees are distributed to the State’s Gaming Proceeds for Education Fund.
